latest version of Chrome on Sequoia 15.2 recently started to have major issues with the plug in not working in the browser. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. No Luck. Hardly able to do anything productive.

Sure. 1) This happens in all tabs in Chrome. 2) Yes, of course I restarted my browser, plus rebooted my machine.
