CSAT feedback on Supademos (3-face rating + optional comment) I’d like a simple way to see if my Supademos were useful to users. Specifically: Add a three-icon rating (sad, neutral, happy) at the end of a demo. Allow users to leave an optional comment after selecting a rating. Surface results in a lightweight dashboard or export so we can track CSAT over time and identify improvement areas. Goal: Quickly measure usefulness, collect qualitative feedback, and iterate on demos based on real user input.

Remove White Background Margins

Previously, the page did not have any white space on the left and right sides. However, the white background has suddenly appeared, and I’m not sure why. Urgent bug: Close button do not render properly in web version

Close button renders as an ASCII character when demo hub is configured to use in application.

Showcases are ugly

Viewport constraint (max-height) for GitBook Embeds

I am experiencing usability issues with the Supademo integration in GitBook. When embedding vertical or tall demos, the iframe height often exceeds the user's viewport height. Consequently, parts of the demo are cut off or require excessive scrolling, disrupting the user experience. Proposed Solution: Please implement a responsive CSS rule for GitBook embeds that constrains the container height (e.g., max-height: 90vh or 100vh) and ensures the aspect ratio is maintained within the visible screen area. Impact: This would significantly improve readability and flow for documentation readers on smaller screens or laptops.

Autoplay prevents CTA buttons on end chapters from being clicked

When a supademo ends with a chapter screen with CTAs, and its added to a showcase with autoplay enabled, the CTA buttons aren't clickable. This forces the user to choose one or the other.

SEO Image Preview not working

Callback Functions

Allow custom callback functions to be passed on specific events like: on skip on close on complete This would allow us to run some custom functionalities like some popups or banners based on user choices in onboarding.

Export screenshots without Hotspot

I like to sync our KB articles to use the same screenshots as the demos and I currently have to duplicate the demo, remove all of the hotspots, and then export it.
